January Activities 2024

We have been using solid blocks to see how high we can build a tower before it tumbles over.

The ducklings got to venture into the church meeting room for a session on throwing and catching a ball to help support them with their hand/eye co-ordination.

We have had some excellent fine motor skills threading Hama beads onto thin string to make bracelets.

We have also had plenty of time in the garden enjoying the fresh air and running around getting our exercise. We have enjoyed using our gross motor skills to climb on the apparatus.

We have been using macaroni to fill and empty containers. We used spoons and pots to pour. We also used our sense of touch to discover if the pasta was hard/soft or rough /smooth.

We had fun with the finger puppets expanding our imagination.

We also made dens and had to work out what we could use as a roof and how we were going to attach the material we found to make the roof.

Edan enjoyed the time he spent with Blossom Bear.

They spent Christmas together having a giggle playing with all the new toys he got.
