- 1. How can I arrange a visit to Little Learners?
Give us a call on 01481 727610 or email nursery@littlelearners.biz to arrange a suitable time.
- 2. How much does Little Learners charge?
We charge £5.70 per hour. We also offer a discount on full time places, if your child attends Little Learners for 40 hours or above every week we can offer you a discounted price of £220 a week.
- 3. How do I reserve a place at Little Learners?
Download and complete the registration form, return the completed form to us and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if the dates requested are available. When we confirm the dates we will ask you to send in a registration fee of £100 to secure the place, this will be refunded in full once your child has started at Little Learners.
- 4. How do I pay the monthly nursery fee?
We ask that you set up a standing order for the 1st of each month, we will supply you with a standing order form for you to complete and return to us.
- 5. Can I increase my child's hours or days at Little Learners?
Please speak to Heidi or Kelly at the nursery about the increase, they will look at availability and let you know as soon as possible.
- 6. What happens if my child is unwell?
Call us as soon as possible to let us know your child will not be in. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for days missed due to sickness.
- 7. What happens if we go away on holiday?
Inform Heidi or Kelly at the nursery which days your child will be away. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for days missed due to holiday.
- 8. How many children can Little Learners care for at one time?
We are licensed to provide day nursery places for 28 children aged between 2–5 years at one time.
- 9. Are you able to provide first aid if my child gets injured?
Yes, all our staff are trained in first aid. Parents will be contacted immediately in case of a serious injury. We also ask parents to complete a consent form for emergency treatment.
