- 1. How can I arrange a visit to Little Learners?
Give us a call on 01481 727610 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a suitable time.
- 2. How do I reserve a place at Little Learners?
Call the nursery or download and complete the registration form, return the completed form to us and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if the dates requested are available. When we confirm the dates we will ask you to send a non-refundable administration fee of £100 to secure the nursery place.
- 3. How do I pay the monthly nursery fee?
We ask that you set up a standing order for the 1st of each month, we will supply you with a standing order form for you to complete and return to us.
- 4. Can I increase my child's hours or days at Little Learners?
Please speak to Heidi or Kelly at the nursery about the increase, they will look at availability and let you know as soon as possible.
- 5. What happens if my child is unwell?
Call us as soon as possible to let us know your child will not be in. A member of staff will contact you if your child becomes unwell whilst at the nursery. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for days missed due to sickness.
- 6. What happens if we go away on holiday?
Inform Heidi or Kelly at the nursery which days your child will be away. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any fees for days missed due to holiday.
- 7. Are you able to provide first aid if my child gets injured?
Yes, all our staff are trained in first aid. Parents will be contacted immediately in case of a serious injury. We also ask parents to complete a consent form for emergency treatment.
